BlockBeats News, April 16th. According to Israeli sources, on the evening of the 15th local time, the Israeli military set three basic conditions for a ceasefire agreement with Lebanon:
The Israeli military requested the establishment of a buffer zone extending to the Litani River and prohibited Hezbollah from operating in that area;
The IDF requested full freedom of military action in the area north of the Litani River to eliminate threats faced by Israel;
The IDF requested, under US supervision, a gradual disarmament of Hezbollah through a long-term process. (Jinse)
