Polkadot: Polkadot, Parachains, and native DOT remain secure and unaffected by Hyperbridge

BlockBeats News, April 13th, the Polkadot team stated, "We have become aware of an issue affecting the Hyperbridge Ethereum gateway contract. This vulnerability only affects DOT bridged to Ethereum via Hyperbridge and does not impact DOT within the Polkadot ecosystem or DOT transferred via other cross-chain bridges.

Polkadot and its parachains, as well as the native DOT, remain secure and unaffected. Hyperbridge is currently paused to conduct an investigation into the issue."
