Iran: US Warship Retreats from Hormuz Strait After Iran's Warning

BlockBeats News, April 11th, local time. On the 11th, Iran announced that it had detected a U.S. destroyer sailing from the UAE's Fujairah port to the Strait of Hormuz. After closely monitoring its movements, the Iranian armed forces immediately notified the Iranian delegation negotiating in Pakistan.

The delegation promptly conveyed the relevant position to the U.S. through Pakistani mediators and issued a clear warning to the destroyer: if it continues to approach the Strait of Hormuz, it will be targeted within 30 minutes, and the negotiations will also be affected. In response to Iran's resolute action and the timely warning from the negotiating team, the U.S. eventually ordered the destroyer to stop its advance and turn back. (CCTV News)
