Iranian Source Says Start of Talks Conditions Not Met

BlockBeats News, April 11th, local time on the 11th, according to Iranian sources, including the unfreezing of Iran's frozen assets and a Lebanon ceasefire, among the negotiation conditions set by Iran, have not yet been met. However, earlier, a senior Iranian official stated that the U.S. has agreed to unfreeze Iran's "frozen assets in Qatar and other countries' banks." The U.S. has not made any public response regarding the unfreezing of Iran's assets issue. Iranian Islamic Parliament Speaker Kalibaf stated on social media on the 10th that two conditions must be met before negotiations begin: a ceasefire in Lebanon and the unfreezing of Iran's frozen assets.

In addition, the Iranian negotiation delegation met with Pakistani Prime Minister Shabaz before the meeting that day, once again met with Chief of the Pakistani Army Munir, with "possible new information exchange."
