WLD Unlocking Speed dropped by 43% starting July 24th, decreasing from around 5.1 million tokens per day to around 2.9 million tokens.

BlockBeats News, April 10th, World's post stated that as of April 10, 2026, the total token supply of WLD is 10 billion, with 49% (4.9 billion) tokens already unlocked, and approximately 3.3 billion tokens in circulation. When launched on July 24, 2023, 500 million WLD tokens were unlocked from the World Community allocation. The remaining 9.5 billion tokens are subject to an ongoing daily linear unlocking mechanism and will be fully unlocked after 15 years of being live.

Due to the locking mechanism, starting from July 24, 2026, the unlocking speed of various token categories will automatically decrease:

· Community Tokens: The unlocking speed will decrease by 50%, from 3.2 million tokens per day to 1.6 million tokens, executed based on an immutable on-chain contract.

· TFH Investor and Team Tokens: The unlocking speed will decrease by 32%, from 1.9 million tokens per day to 1.3 million tokens.

Overall, the total unlocking speed of all tokens will decrease by 43%, from approximately 5.1 million tokens per day to around 2.9 million WLD tokens per day.
