US Vice President Expects Positive Progress in Talks with Iran

BlockBeats News, April 10th, U.S. Vice President Pence has boarded Air Force Two en route to Islamabad, Pakistan to participate in U.S.-Iran negotiations. The accompanying delegation also includes U.S. Special Envoy for Middle East Affairs Wittkov and Trump's son-in-law Kushner. Pence stated before boarding that he looks forward to the upcoming talks with Iran and believes the talks in Islamabad will be constructive.


He said that if Iran is willing to "negotiate in good faith," the U.S. will maintain an open attitude. He also warned the Iranian side not to try to "play games with the U.S." Pence stated that U.S. President Trump has provided "quite clear guidance" for the negotiations. (CCTV News)
