Google Commits to Future Deployment of Next-Generation Intel Xeon Processors and Other Chips

BlockBeats News, April 9th, according to Bloomberg, Intel, in an effort to boost its technology in data centers, stated that Google, a subsidiary of Alphabet Inc., has committed to adopting its next-generation Xeon processors and other chips in the future.


Under a multi-year partnership agreement announced on Thursday, the search engine giant will customize Intel's IPU (Infrastructure Processing Unit), which handles functions such as networking, security, and storage. The two companies did not disclose financial details or specific procurement commitments.
