Iranian Foreign Ministry Accuses US of 'Premature Betrayal' of Agreement Terms

BlockBeats News, April 9th. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Baghaei posted a video on social media, in which White House Press Secretary Levitt told reporters earlier today that Lebanon is not part of the two-week ceasefire agreement.

In the accompanying short video, Baghaei wrote, "If this is not another example of the United States once again betraying its word in advance, then what is?" Baghaei also retweeted a post by Pakistani Prime Minister Sharif from yesterday, which stated that Iran and the United States "have agreed to an immediate ceasefire in all areas, including Lebanon."
