After US-Iran Ceasefire, First Ships Cross Hormuz Strait

BlockBeats News, April 8th, MarineTraffic, a ship tracking website, recorded the first batch of vessel activities passing through the Strait of Hormuz after the US-Iran ceasefire agreement. It is understood that the Greek bulk carrier "NJ Earth" passed through the strait at 8:44 Greenwich Mean Time, and the vessel "Daytona Beach," flying the flag of Liberia, passed through at 6:59 Greenwich Mean Time. Earlier, the vessel had departed from the port of Abadan at 5:28 Greenwich Mean Time.


According to MarineTraffic's data, there are still hundreds of vessels in the region, including 426 oil tankers, 34 Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) carriers, and 19 Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) carriers. (CCTV News)
