Analysis: The profit-taking scale of this round of Bitcoin rebound was limited, and the market investors' sentiment is gradually stabilizing

BlockBeats News, April 8th. On-chain analyst Murphy stated that during this round of Bitcoin's rebound to $71,000–72,000, the average realized profit in the past 24 hours was only about $18.79 million, much lower than the massive profit-taking triggered by previous rebounds. At the same time, short-term holders' average realized loss in the past 24 hours was only about $6.06 million, which is at an extremely low level in the recent context.

Overall, the market investors' sentiment is gradually stabilizing, significantly easing compared to the extreme pessimism in February. During price rebounds, profit-taking is not urgent, and loss-making positions are not willing to stop losses easily, indicating that the market has some expectations for a higher rebound. For short positions, one should not be overly persistent. Although indicators show a need for overbought and divergence correction, short-term opportunities are limited, caution is required, and one should not be eager for battle.
