On-chain BTC and ETH whales simultaneously close out short positions, with each position reaching a scale of $14 million.

BlockBeats News, April 7th, according to Hyperinsight monitoring, on-chain data shows that two whales (0x9ab and 0x01f) holding approximately $14 million worth of BTC short and ETH short positions respectively, almost simultaneously closed their entire positions in the past hour. Prior to this, both of these short positions had significantly increased their positions intraday.

Among them, the average liquidation price of the BTC short was around $69,683, resulting in a loss of approximately $165,000; the average liquidation price of the ETH short was around $2,115, with a profit of approximately $65,000. After closing their positions, both addresses currently hold no assets.
