White House Sees Iran's Response as a Negotiating Strategy, US-Iran Talks at a Crossroads

BlockBeats News, April 7th, according to Axios, a U.S. official said Iran's response is "tough," but the White House sees it as a negotiating tactic rather than a rejection. They are currently in communication with the Iranians on amendment and redrafting work. If Trump believes there is a possibility of reaching an agreement, he may delay military action against Iran. Trump's advisers told mediators that the president needs to see positive signs from the Iranian side to consider a postponement.

One of them said, "We are at a critical moment in the negotiations, and anything could happen."

Two sources said that if Trump gives the order, a large-scale U.S.-Israeli bombing plan targeting Iranian energy facilities is ready.
