After the US Initial Jobless Claims data release, the probability of a 25 basis points interest rate hike by the Federal Reserve in April is 2.6%.

BlockBeats News, April 2nd: In the United States, the initial jobless claims for the week ending March 28th totaled 202,000, marking a new low since the week ending January 10, 2026. This figure was lower than the expected 212,000, and the previous value was revised from 210,000 to 211,000.


According to CME's "FedWatch" data, following today's release of the U.S. initial jobless claims data, the probability of a 25 basis point rate hike by the Fed in April is now at 2.6%, while the probability of no change in interest rates is 97.4%.
