Latest on Israel-Iran Conflict: Iran Continues Retaliation and Maintains Tough Stance on Not Opening the Hormuz Strait

BlockBeats News, April 2nd, the latest developments in the US-Iran conflict last night and this morning are as follows:

Iran Side: The Iranian military claims to have struck an Israeli military company and advanced the "True Commitment-4" operation to the 89th round; officials stated that the conflict has caused damage to over 115,000 civilian facilities. Iran continues to strike Israeli and US military bases with missiles and drones, stating that the targets include forcing the US military to withdraw from the Middle East.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard stated that the Strait of Hormuz will not be opened in response to Donald Trump's remarks; Iranian officials stated that even if navigation resumes, it will "not be open to the United States." The Iranian Foreign Minister emphasized not accepting a ceasefire and demanded guarantees to prevent a repeat of such conflicts.

In addition, Iran claimed that its meteorological radar facilities were targeted by the US and Israel, with senior advisers being severely injured, and denied the "ceasefire request" claims.

US Side: Reports indicate that Trump has "run out of patience" and will deliver a national address at 9 a.m. Beijing time today, possibly announcing the nearing end of the Iran war and shifting the blame for strait security to NATO.

The US has expanded its deployment in the Middle East, doubling the scale of A-10 attack aircraft; intelligence agencies assess that Iran currently has no substantial willingness to negotiate. Trump stated a "rapid withdrawal" is imminent but did not provide a timetable, mentioning monitoring Iranian nuclear materials via satellite.
Israel Side: The Israeli Prime Minister stated that Iran no longer poses an "existential threat"; the IDF reported using approximately 16,000 rounds of ammunition, destroying thousands of targets, and claiming that Iran's missile capability and command chain have been weakened.

The IDF carried out airstrikes in Lebanon, killing a Hezbollah commander in the southern front; internal concerns within Israel about Trump potentially prematurely announcing the end of operations.
Other Dynamics: The UAE has intercepted over 2,000 drones and is considering joint operations with the US military to ensure strait navigation; Saudi Arabian crude oil exports have decreased by approximately 50% due to strait blockages.

The regional energy and industrial sectors have been impacted, and UAE's Emirates Global Aluminum has shut down a smelting plant due to attacks.

Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine is in talks for cooperation with multiple Middle Eastern countries; Russia denies providing Iran with intelligence support for civilian facility targeting.
