MilkyWay has announced the shutdown of the L1 mainnet, and all assets have been returned to the native chain.

BlockBeats News, March 26th, MilkyWay officially announced that the L1 mainnet shutdown process has been initiated. Prior to the shutdown, the team had completed an on-chain upgrade and migrated all user assets from the MilkyWay L1 chain back to their respective native chains. This measure aims to ensure that user assets are returned intact and securely to their originally intended blockchain networks.

According to the announcement, users who previously held assets on MilkyWay should now be able to see their relevant assets on the corresponding original network. For example, TIA assets that were cross-chain transferred from Celestia to MilkyWay should now be displayed back on the Celestia network. If users are unable to see their assets, the official recommendation is to submit their wallet address to the official team or leave a comment below the announcement post for further assistance from the team.
