OpenAI COO: AI Bottleneck Has Shifted from Power to Memory-Chip

According to 1M AI News's monitoring, OpenAI COO Brad Lightcap stated at the Hill and Valley Forum in Washington that the memory chip shortage is the primary bottleneck for the current expansion of AI infrastructure: "It's memory now. It used to be power."
