BlockBeats News, March 24th, according to official sources, YZi Labs officially launched the Atlas Scout program, recruiting 5 to 10 students from top universities worldwide to establish a student-managed venture capital fund. The students will make investment decisions on behalf of the YZi Labs investment team, participating in supporting early-stage startups in the Web3, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Biotech sectors.
The program will select its initial members from multiple renowned universities and provide a funding pool of up to $1 million for investing in deeply conviction-driven early-stage companies. YZi Labs aims to engage students in shaping the future venture capital ecosystem through this program, supporting not only peer entrepreneurs but also discovering a broader range of cutting-edge founders. Under the guidance of the YZi Labs investment team, Atlas Scouts will conduct project screening and investment decisions.
Furthermore, participants will receive various resources support, including a global travel budget for attending key industry conferences in the Web3, AI, and Biotech sectors. They will also have the opportunity to access the YZi Labs ecosystem (encompassing 300+ investment projects) to gain resources, build connections, and enhance their investment capabilities under mentorship.
