BlockBeats News, March 20th — Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of Iran, has just issued a written message regarding the upcoming Iranian traditional festival Nowruz (March 21st), which is the Iranian New Year.
Ayatollah Ali Khamenei stated that Iran experienced multiple rounds of "military and security conflicts" in the past year, resulting in casualties including military commanders and civilians. He accused Israel of attacking Iran with the support of the United States and stated that the related actions did not achieve their intended goals. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said that the attacks on Turkey and Oman were not carried out by Iran or its allies.
Regarding the domestic situation, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei stated that external forces have attempted to influence Iranian social stability through economic pressure and propaganda, but the mobilization capacity of the Iranian people and social cohesion have effectively thwarted these attempts. On the economic front, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei emphasized the need to enhance national resilience through the development of a "resistance economy," improvement of living standards, and infrastructure construction. On the diplomatic front, he stated that Iran will continue to prioritize relations with neighboring countries and called for cooperation and unity among regional countries, including Pakistan and Afghanistan.
