Tom Lee-backed WLD Treasury firm Eightco Raises $40M Value for OpenAI Stake

BlockBeats News, March 20th, according to The Block, Eightco announced a $40 million increase in its stake in OpenAI. With this, the company has now invested a total of $90 million in OpenAI.

Eightco recently appointed Bitmine Chairman Tom Lee as a board member, who is also the largest public holder of WLD (the native token of World, a crypto project supported by Sam Altman).

On March 12th, Eightco Holdings announced a $125 million funding commitment, led by BitMine.
