The Network Information Center of Shanxi Institute of Technology stated on March 12 that any unit or individual on the campus network environment is strictly prohibited from installing, deploying, running, and using the "Lobster" (OpenClaw) software, its derivative versions, associated plugins, and third-party skill scripts on any terminal device (including office computers, teaching terminals, servers, etc.) throughout the campus.

Henan College of Medicine and Health Technician issued a notice on March 13 strictly prohibiting the on-campus use of OpenClaw software, explicitly forbidding any department or faculty from installing, running, or using OpenClaw software and its derivative versions, associated plugins, and third-party scripts on office computers, teaching terminals, campus network environments, and financial special networks. Those already installed must be immediately and completely uninstalled, and related configurations, caches, and log files must be cleared.

Gansu Vocational Institute of Iron and Steel also required in a notice on the evening of March 13 that the use of OpenClaw, its derivative versions, plugins, scripts, and related services be strictly prohibited on the institute's office computers, servers, mobile terminals, shared storage, and other information assets, as well as in the network environment. It is strictly forbidden to use personal computers and other devices outside the workplace to interact through the campus network using OpenClaw-related programs. The school also requires all departments and faculty to immediately carry out self-inspections; if the installation or deployment of OpenClaw-related programs is found, they must be uninstalled immediately.
