Tencent already has over 10 Claw-type products under research or launched. WorkBuddy was launched as early as January 17, with the original launch date set for March 16, but it was brought forward by one week due to high demand.

According to 1M AI News's monitoring, the Tencent Cloud team revealed in a LatePost interview that Tencent currently has over 10 Claw-type products launched, in beta, or in development. Among them, WorkBuddy started development as early as January 17, with an MVP built overnight by a team of three or four people and opened for internal company experience the following Monday. Originally planned for release on March 16, it was launched one week early due to the surge in hardware setup seen. Ding Ning mentioned that the team had also prepared for a Chinese New Year release, with materials, documents, and installers ready in advance, "to avoid a situation like last year's with DeepSeek."

On the security front, Tencent Cloud Security GM Su Jiandong stated that Tencent's security solution not only serves internal products but also provides equivalent capabilities for third-party OpenClaw deployments, covering three levels: host security (vulnerability detection, plaintext password encryption), network security (prompt injection prevention, sensitive data leakage detection), and supply chain security (malicious skill admission detection). Ding Ning also responded to the questioning of "pseudo-demand," admitting that OpenClaw "cannot expect one person to do the work of ten people," but believing that the willingness of a large number of non-technical users to actively engage with AI is a meaningful step in itself.
