Maxgent focuses on the overseas market's OpenClaw direction and has received investment from Meituan's co-founder Wang Huiwen.

Tian Zhi graduated from Sichuan University with a bachelor's degree and from the University of Adelaide in Australia with a Ph.D., under the guidance of Professor Shen Chunhua. He is the creator of the well-known FCOS algorithm in the target detection field. In 2021, he joined Meituan as an Applied Scientist. In early 2023, he joined "Beyond Lightyears," founded by Wang Huiwen. After Lightyears was acquired by Meituan, he transitioned to the ByteDance Seed team, deeply involved in the development of the Seedance video generation model. This venture represents Tian Zhi's second follow-up to Wang Huiwen. The core team also includes the founder of Chatbox.
