International Oil Price Retraces Gains as Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Says Some Vessels Allowed to Pass Through Strait of Hormuz

Earlier, the Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister stated, "Iran had previously allowed some ships to pass through the (Strait of Hormuz). Iran did not plant any mines in the Strait of Hormuz."
