Iran Gives Green Light to India, Two Indian Oil Tankers Allowed to Pass Through the Strait of Hormuz

BlockBeats News, March 12th, according to CNN report, after India sought to ensure the security of crude oil and natural gas transportation through this key waterway, Iran has allowed Indian oil tankers to pass through the Strait of Hormuz via diplomatic channels.

Sources said that Indian oil tankers, "Pushpak" and "Parimal," have safely passed through the strait. Meanwhile, against the backdrop of ongoing conflicts in the region, vessels associated with the United States, Europe, and Israel still face restrictions.

On Tuesday night, Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar, during a call with Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi, the safe passage of oil tankers through the Strait of Hormuz was a key topic of discussion. This was the third call between the two sides since the Iran conflict erupted.
