BlockBeats News, March 5th, according to public data, Wyoming has acquired a stake in the Bitcoin reserve company Strive Inc. (ASST), becoming one of the few U.S. state governments to directly allocate related assets. Documents show that as of December 31, 2025, Wyoming held 151,595 shares of Strive Class A common stock, worth approximately $111,000.
Strive, co-founded by Vivek Ramaswamy, focuses on a "Bitcoin Reserve Company" strategy. As of early 2026, it holds about 13,132 bitcoins, valued at approximately $9.46 billion at current prices, ranking it among the top holders of corporate Bitcoin globally.
On February 6, 2026, Strive implemented a 1:20 stock split in reverse, so Wyoming's share quantity was accordingly adjusted to about 7,580 shares (originally 151,595 shares). This adjustment only changes the number of shares and does not affect the actual value of the holdings.
Although the position size is relatively small, this move is seen as highly symbolic, reflecting Wyoming's ongoing policy stance to promote Bitcoin and crypto innovation. Market data shows that Strive's stock price closed at $9.62 on March 4, up 15.49% on the day.
