FBI Joins International Effort to Shut Down LeakBase, One of the World's Largest Cybercrime Forums

BlockBeats News, March 5th, the FBI and Europol, the EU's law enforcement agency, together with enforcement agencies from 14 countries, have seized LeakBase, one of the world's largest cybercrime forums. LeakBase has been operating since 2021, primarily used for trading stolen data, leaked databases, stealer logs, hacking tools, credit card information, and other criminal resources, with over 142,000 registered members. Law enforcement authorities have seized user accounts, forum posts, credit card details, private messages, IP logs, and all data as evidence, and taken control of LeakBase's two main domains, subsequently replacing them with an official seizure page.
