On March 1st, BlockBeats learned that Binance had issued a company-wide internal announcement requiring all employees in the UAE to stay away from outdoor activities, remain indoors, and ensure personal safety. In the UAE, Iran launched hundreds of missiles and drones across the entire UAE, with most being intercepted by the air defense system. However, some still hit targets, causing casualties and damage to facilities. Abu Dhabi's Yahya International Airport was directly attacked, resulting in 1 death and 7 injuries; Dubai International Airport's terminal was damaged, with 4 staff members injured and flights at both Dubai airports suspended recently, leaving many passengers stranded. In addition, the Fairmont Palm Hotel on Palm Jumeirah was reportedly hit by a missile and caught fire; the Burj Khalifa was evacuated urgently after a missile alert.
