BlockBeats News, February 26th, on-chain detective ZachXBT posted on social media, accusing multiple Axiom employees, including Broox Bauer (@WheresBroox), of abusing internal tool permissions since early 2025, obtaining sensitive user information by tracking private wallet activities, and engaging in insider trading.
Reportedly, Broox is the current Senior Business Development Staff at Axiom, based in New York. In an audio evidence, Broox claimed he could track any Axiom user through a referral code, wallet address, or user ID, stating he could "find out anything related to that user." He also described initially researching 10-20 wallets, gradually increasing the number, so "it wouldn't look too suspicious." In another segment of the same audio, Broox set basic rules on how to request queries from him, then mentioned he would send a full wallet list.
The full audio is from a private group chat call where "insider trading" group members are discussing strategies. The group has created a Google spreadsheet that compiles wallet addresses of multiple KOL targets, with these addresses sourced from data Broox obtained through the Axiom internal backend.
