Billdesk is looking to acquire Worldline's India payment business for around $70 million.

BlockBeats News, February 26th, Mumbai-based digital payments processing company Billdesk will acquire the Indian operations of French payment giant Worldline, with the equity value estimated at around $70 million.

In a statement, Worldline said the company will enter into a long-term technology and software cooperation agreement with Billdesk, through which Worldline's software system will continue to operate in India.
