Office of the United States Trade Representative: Tariffs on Some Countries to Increase to 15%

Yesterday, the White House stated that the Trump administration is working to increase the new U.S. temporary tariff rate published by U.S. Customs and Border Protection from 10% to 15%. Trump's plan to propose a 15% tariff rate under Section 122 of the Act "remains unchanged," and it is not yet clear when it will be changed to 15%.
