WLFI will partner with Securitize to tokenize the Maldives Trump International Hotel & Resort

BlockBeats News, February 19th, World Liberty Financial announced a partnership with DarGlobal and Securitize to tokenize the Trump International Hotel & Resort, Maldives. This collaboration plans to tokenize the loan interest/revenue sharing rights of the Trump International Hotel & Resort, Maldives, as the first project of its WLFI brand RWA tokenization issuance.

The project, developed in partnership between DarGlobal and The Trump Organization, is expected to be completed by 2030, with plans for approximately 100 ultra-luxury beach and overwater villas. WLFI stated that this token will target eligible accredited investors, providing fixed income and exposure to loan revenue-related cash flows; the issuance will be through Reg D 506(c) private placement and Reg S (limited to verified accredited investors/non-U.S. persons), with restrictions on token transfer and resale.
