BlockBeats News, February 17th, according to Bloomberg, the cryptocurrency exchange Gemini announced that three executives have resigned in the months following its IPO, including Chief Operating Officer Marshall Beard, Chief Financial Officer Dan Chen, and Chief Legal Officer Tyler Meade, all of whom resigned effective immediately.
Gemini stated that Beard's departure was not due to any disagreement with the company, and he also stepped down from the board of directors. The company does not currently plan to appoint a new COO, with some of the responsibilities being taken over by co-founder Cameron Winklevoss.
