BONK.fun: BONKERS Mode Creator Fee will automatically buy back the token

The specific rules include: 0.5% of the creator fee will be used directly for automatic token buyback; the repurchased tokens will be stored in the reserve (not burned); can be used for CEX listing or liquidity needs, otherwise will never be recirculated; only applicable to new BONKERS tokens, old tokens may support this feature in the future.
