Predictive Market Cross-Chain Tool Kairos Raises $2.5M, Led by a16z Crypto

BlockBeats News, February 3rd, according to Fortune magazine, Kairos, a trading terminal designed for market prediction users, announced the completion of a $2.5 million financing round, led by a16z Crypto, with participation from Geneva Trading, the University of Illinois, and other angel investors.

Co-founders Jay Malavia and Zayd Alzein aim to attract users by offering a platform that integrates two major prediction markets—Kalshi and Polymarket—and provides a fast and customizable dashboard. When using Kairos, customers can view the latest trades from these platforms in one interface and receive real-time news alerts related to these trades.

Kairos states that its platform is two to three seconds faster than Kalshi or Polymarket's interfaces. Kairos has integrated Kalshi and Polymarket into its terminal and plans to soon integrate more trading platforms.
