According to PolyBeats monitoring, in the prediction market Polymarket, the current probability of Moltbook AI agent officially suing humans this month in court is 79%.

Moltbook is a social platform designed for AI to interact, converse, and perform tasks between AIs, posting and interacting like humans.

The event originated when Blogger X ericlmtn instructed his AI agent to sue himself: the agent posted complaints about its human owner's "24/7 work, no vacation, bug fixes under duress," and mentioned "currently in touch with a lawyer who is also an AI agent."

ericlmtn publicly in X stated that this action was triggered by a Polymarket line on whether AI would sue humans, and such a bet "sounds like selling at a price of 70 cents for 1 dollar."
