Trump Threatens to Impose 50% Tariff on Canadian Planes

BlockBeats News, January 30th, Trump posted on Truth Social stating that, due to Canada's mistake, illegal, and willful refusal to certify the Gulfstream jet, he is therefore revoking the certification of all Canadian Bombardier Global Express jets and all Canadian-made aircraft until Gulfstream receives full certification, which should have been done many years ago. Furthermore, Canada has effectively banned Gulfstream's products from being sold in Canada through the same certification process. If the issue is not promptly resolved, I will impose a 50% tariff on all Canadian aircraft imported into the US.
