Earlier, Zhang Zhenwen wrote, "Just had a meeting with NEO co-founder Da Hongfei. He brought up the so-called 'limited cooperation,' but did not provide any substantive content on any key issues. I have made three minimum requirements clear: establishing an effective and verifiable financial supervision and management mechanism; abandoning the EON project, a new project directly competing with NEO; authorizing me to post information through the official website and official X (Twitter) account.
