BlockBeats News, January 23rd, Binance founder CZ stated in an interview with CNBC at Davos, "I don't trade. I only hold Bitcoin and BNB. Many years ago, I tried trading and ended up losing money. Later, I realized that I am a developer, not a trader.
It is totally impossible to predict the short-term price movements of Bitcoin, but it is very easy to predict its long-term performance. When looking at a one-year timeframe, I am unsure about 2026, but I have a strong hunch that Bitcoin will enter a supercycle in 2026.
Historically, Bitcoin has usually followed a four-year cycle. Looking back at historical data, a new all-time high is typically reached approximately every four years, followed by a correction. However, I believe that this year, with such strong support for crypto in the U.S. and other countries following suit, we are likely to see a change in this pattern, possibly even breaking the traditional four-year cycle."
