2025 Perp DEX Annual Rankings: Hyperliquid Tops the Chart in Trading Volume, Aster Website Traffic Takes the Lead

BlockBeats News, January 19th, according to BlockBeats data, in the 2025 annual contract trading volume, Hyperliquid significantly led with a trading volume of $2.93 trillion, followed closely by Lighter and Aster. In terms of web page traffic reflecting user attention, Aster ranked first with approximately 13.23 million visits, while Lighter and Hyperliquid had approximately 11.65 million and 6.7 million visits, ranking second and third respectively. There are differences in the ranking of trading volume and traffic for each platform, and some platform data is compared as follows:

Hyperliquid: Contract Trading Volume $2.93 trillion, Web Traffic 6.7 million;

Lighter: Contract Trading Volume $1.314 trillion, Web Traffic 11.65 million;

Aster: Contract Trading Volume $791 billion, Web Traffic 13.23 million;

EdgeX: Contract Trading Volume $586 billion, Web Traffic 1.1 million;

ApeX: Contract Trading Volume $338 billion, Web Traffic 1.7 million;

Note: Since Pacifica's mainnet was launched only in June of last year, there was no trading volume in the first half of 2025, and the overall data is relatively low. The current statistics on trading volume are mainly from the time the platform entered a rapid growth phase from September to December 31st.
