Metaplanet Board Approves Bitcoin Holdings Increase Plan

Metaplanet's Chief Strategy Officer, Dylan LeClair, stated that the company passed several equity-related proposals at a recent extraordinary shareholders' meeting, which will help the company raise funds to further purchase Bitcoin.

This move effectively enables Metaplanet to utilize financial instruments to increase its Bitcoin holdings without immediately diluting existing shareholders' ownership stakes.
