Lighter: Remove Witch Addresses, Self-Dealing, and Wash Trading Point Earned from Exchanges and Redistribute to the Community

Currently, they are conducting data analysis to remove witch addresses, self-trades, and points obtained from wash trading. All deducted points (including those already removed) will be reallocated to the community.
