BlockBeats News, December 18th, according to Decrypt's report, Canadian national Jarett Dunn was sentenced to 6 years in prison by a judge in London on Thursday. He had previously pleaded guilty to two charges of abusing his position to commit fraud and transferring criminal proceeds.
The court stated that the former Pump.fun employee had already been under electronic monitoring for 308 days, with 154 days to be counted towards his sentence. Additionally, he had spent about 5 months in pre-trial detention, which usually automatically deducts from his final sentence.
It has been over a year since Dunn moved around $2 million worth of Solana (SOL) from his then-employer Pump.fun.
