Binance stated that this list is not exhaustive, and advised not to trust any "Listing Agent." BitABC is a crypto consultancy, incubation, and project acceleration company that mainly provides services such as project promotion, community building, liquidity incentives, and market advice, claiming to help crypto projects gain exposure and growth on exchanges in the early stages.

May / Dannie is a key figure in Web3Port, an improper market maker partner previously disclosed by Binance. May Liu and her team established a "Binance onboarding broker pipeline" from Spark Digital Capital to Web3Port, and then to Whisper. Spark operates in the name of a VC, actually running outsourced marketing + FA business, relying on VC-invested projects to obtain free tokens. After the industry turmoil in 2021 and 2022, when projects were no longer willing to provide tokens for free, Spark shifted to an incubator model, establishing Web3Port to provide project packaging and VC connections in exchange for a 1-3% token share.
