Gleec has acquired Komodo's cross-chain DeFi business for $23.5 million

BlockBeats News, December 1st, according to CoinDesk's report, Gleec announced a $23.5 million acquisition of Komodo's cross-chain DeFi business. This acquisition includes Komodo's brand, technology stack, token infrastructure, and core developers, giving Gleec full ownership of the system. The system has already provided support for its decentralized exchange (DEX) and will be able to integrate more quickly with its crypto debit card, virtual IBAN, and fiat on/off ramp channels and other products.
