South Korea's largest cryptocurrency exchange, Upbit, has been hacked and 54 billion Korean won has been stolen. The exchange will cover all customer losses.

BlockBeats News, November 27th. South Korea's largest cryptocurrency exchange, Upbit, disclosed that abnormal withdrawal activity was detected at 4:42 am on November 27th. Approximately 54 billion Korean Won (about 36 million USD) worth of Solana network-related digital assets were transferred to an unknown external wallet address. Upbit will cover all customer losses.


The stolen assets include: 2Z, ACS, BONK, DOOD, DRIFT, HUMA, IO, JTO, JUP, LAYER, ME, MEW, MOODENG, ORCA, PENGU, PYTH, RAY, RENDER, SOL, SOON, TRUMP, USDC, W.
