PulseChain Project Founder Allegedly Transfers $323 Million Worth of ETH

BlockBeats News, October 20th, According to Cinder Monitor, a group of addresses suspected to belong to Richard Heart (@RichardHeartWin), the founder of projects such as Hex, PulseChain, and PulseX, has moved 81,000 ETH (worth $323 million) in the past 5 hours.
Analysis shows that this group of addresses had purchased 132,000 ETH with 499 million DAI on-chain in March 2023, at an average price of $3,770. Aside from 9,500 ETH that were moved through a tornado mixer in the past 6 months, the rest are still held.
