CoreWeave has reached a $6.5 billion expansion agreement with OpenAI

The contract for this deal is valued at up to $6.5 billion. In March 2025, CoreWeave announced a preliminary agreement with OpenAI valued at up to $11.9 billion, followed by signing a $4 billion expansion agreement in May.
