Metaplanet establishes a new company "Bitcoin Japan Co., Ltd." and its U.S. subsidiary "Metaplanet Income Corp."

The new company has a registered capital of 10 million yen and is led by MetaPlanet CEO Simon Gerovich and Wang Shenggui as directors. The company's scope of business includes operating platforms such as Bitcoin.jp, Bitcoin Magazine Japan, and the Bitcoin Japan Conference, with plans to acquire the well-known Japanese Bitcoin domain "Bitcoin.jp."

In addition, Metaplanet also announced the establishment of a new U.S. subsidiary, "Metaplanet Income Corp.," to expand its Bitcoin revenue business.
