Grayscale ETH Mini ETF distributed 214,400 ETH to 67 new addresses, possibly in preparation for staking

From this amount, it is inferred that the operation may be preparing for PoS staking. However, the SEC has not yet approved a Ethereum ETF that supports staking, so it may also be preparation for staking.
