BlockBeats News, September 16th, According to globenewswire report, GD Culture Group Limited (Nasdaq: GDC) announced today that it has entered into a share exchange agreement with Pallas Capital Holding Ltd. to acquire all of the issued and outstanding ordinary shares of Pallas Capital. Pallas Capital is a company registered in the British Virgin Islands.

Upon completion of the transaction, the company will issue 39,189,344 common shares and acquire all of Pallas Capital's assets, including 7,500 Bitcoins (BTC), free from any debt or encumbrances.
